Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all TASNEEM services and packages published on the website or agreed through separate proposals, including without limitation: business analysis, process development, management consulting, strategic planning, digital transformation, performance measurement, and executive studies and reports.

2. Why Are Our Services Non-Refundable?

TASNEEM's services are advisory and knowledge-based by nature: resources and expertise are allocated and study and analysis begin immediately upon contracting, and knowledge value is transferred in a way that by its nature cannot be "returned". This is consistent with Article 19 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, which exempts services whose performance has begun — with the consumer's consent — from the right of withdrawal, as well as services prepared to specifications defined by the client.

3. Acknowledgment and Consent

• By completing the contract and/or payment, you acknowledge prior knowledge of this policy and your explicit consent to it.
• This policy is permanently published on the website and referenced in financial proposals before signature.
• Your approval to commence service delivery constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal under applicable regulations.

4. What We Commit to in Return

Believing that trust is not built on policies alone, we commit to you as follows:

• A free discovery session and a detailed technical and financial proposal before any financial commitment — so you know precisely what you will receive.
• Full delivery of the agreed scope of work at the recognized professional standard.
• Review and revision cycles on deliverables within the scope agreed in the proposal.
• Addressing any substantive observation regarding deliverables' conformity with the contracted scope at no extra cost.

5. Exceptional Cases

• If TASNEEM is entirely unable to commence service delivery for reasons attributable solely to it, and before any actual work has started, the amount paid for that service is refunded in full.
• If the client cancels before actual delivery begins, TASNEEM may — at its discretion — convert the amount paid into credit for future services within twelve months, without this constituting a general obligation.

6. Disputes

Any dispute relating to this policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with amicable resolution sought first, then referral to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh.
