1. Definitions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website of TASNEEM Business Analysis & Development ("TASNEEM", "we") and the contracting of its services. By accessing the website or requesting any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Nature of Services

TASNEEM provides professional advisory and knowledge-based services including, without limitation: business analysis, process development and improvement, management consulting, strategic planning, digital transformation, performance measurement, and executive studies and reports.

• The details, scope, deliverables, and timeline of each service are defined in a separate technical and financial proposal approved by both parties before work begins.
• Information displayed on the website is a general description of services and does not constitute a contractual commitment in itself.
• The quality of deliverables depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data and information provided by the client.

3. Prices and Payment

• All displayed prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT; tax is added at the statutory rate when the invoice is issued.
• Payment is made according to the installments and milestones specified in the approved financial proposal or signed contract.
• TASNEEM may amend the package prices published on the website at any time, with no retroactive effect on signed contracts.
• Delayed payment of due installments entitles TASNEEM to suspend work until settlement, without prejudice to its other rights.

4. Client Obligations

• Providing the data, documents, and information required to execute the scope of work accurately and on time.
• Appointing an authorized representative for coordination and approval of deliverables within the agreed periods.
• Using deliverables for the legitimate purposes of the client's own organization, without reselling or commercially publishing them without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website content, TASNEEM's brand, methodologies, and internal tools remain the exclusive property of TASNEEM. Ownership of project-specific final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, while TASNEEM retains the right to reference the project as a portfolio credential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

TASNEEM is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all commercial data and information accessed during service delivery, and to not disclosing it to any third party except with the client's written consent or under a statutory requirement. The client likewise commits to the confidentiality of the methodologies and tools they are exposed to.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are delivered with customary professional care; TASNEEM does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, as results are affected by factors beyond its control.
• Execution and implementation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
• In all cases, TASNEEM's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service subject to the claim.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

All services provided are non-refundable after contracting and payment, given their advisory and knowledge-based nature. For full details please review the Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall seek amicable resolution within thirty days; otherwise the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh.

10. Amendments to the Terms

TASNEEM may update these Terms at any time; your continued use of the website after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of them. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
